Benton County Couple Charged With Dealing Drugs from Home Daycare

Benton County police say they believe a Rogers home daycare may have served as a base for drug deals.

bull i have been going to denise's daycare ever since i was 2 years old and iam only 11 years old and when i found out about this i started to cry why becase she was like a mom to me and her daugter is my best friend ever and i do not agree i think she should keep her lincense and i love her family so much and tim is the one who should be arrsted for cocaine and i have studed the 4th amendment for a long time in school and i disagree with it and i would change it all and just because of her!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know Denice personaly but i have hear alot of good about her and the way she takes care of her children, If she was doing any of this then at least she wasnt doing it in front of children at least i cant see her doing something like that,

I know Denise and Tim too! He has been in jail before, and it is her fault that she has stayed with him, However I too know that he manipulated her into staying with him, played mind games with her. This will be the final draw for her to finally get rid of him for good, as we know he should go away for a very long time. My prayers are with her and her family, and all her friends should back her cause she needs the support right now. She would never ever put those kids in danger. She has a big heart and a person that will do anything for anybody that needs help, So in return I am giving her all my support and help as well.

My child went to Denise's daycare for 2 years and I know without a shadow of a doubt that she is innocent! I would trust her with my children any day! Tim, however, is a whole other story! He is a shady crooked man that Denise could not get rid of and he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Denise is a wonderful woman who has my respect and support to the fullest! She would have NEVER allowed this to happen had she been aware. Tim is a master manulipator and poor Denise was his ultimate victim. Denise we love you and support you totally!

Denise Boston is an angel!!!! Both my daughter's went to her daycare and are now grown and have children of their own and consider her their second mother and my grandchildren call her mamaw!!!!! I am blessed and honored to have had her in my life and anyone that has ever met her knows what a beautiful person she is inside and out. How she goes out of her way to help anyone in need. I agree with the last post Tim is a master at manipulation and Denise would never have allowed this to happen in her home....he has somehow managed to involve her!!!!!! Denise you are truly loved and admired in the community and have the utmost respect I believe from any parent that has ever had their child go through your daycare. Whatever happens we will be right here by your side 100% all the way. You are the BEST and we LOVE YOU!! I will have you in prayers every minute and this too shall pass.

You can't believe everything you hear in the media. They are after a story!!! Denise was a victim of this evil man's manipulation. I am a 28yr old woman w/a child of my own. I have known Denise since I was 5yrs old. My sister and I grew up w/her children and our mother is a VERY close friend of hers. Denise is NOT capable of anything of this extreme! Shame on you people who judge such a wonderful woman!!!!! You OBVIOUSLY do NOT know her! I have ALWAYS looked up to Denise and still do! She is one of the most amazing people I have ever known; w/a kind heart and endless love and compassion for others. i have known her since i was 18 months old and i love her to death she would never ever do that i know she would keep every one safe she cares bout every one she treats everyone the way she wants to be treated and i am 12 now almost 13 i love them 2 deat she is my second mom she has been around every moment of my life everyone loves here and this is very wrong she built me in to this really good girl she taught me right from wrong she is my power and so is her daughter! i have known everyone that goes to her day care and she treats the kids right having a daycare is her life and she needs to keep it and she did not have drugs in her home she would never ever bring drugs in her home and never would do that to her daughter she loves her family and everyone with all her heart yuo have no clue how she fills and i can trust her 100% with me and all her kids in daycare she keeps them safe and never wants to louse them but i love them both with all my heart and hope everytihng goes right i will pray from them every step of the way!!!!!!!!

You know what i hate, I hate when people read some news story and think that they have to give their almighty advice as who not to trust and who should think twice about who they trust with their kids. These people obviously know her and trust her, and clearly that says alot that they would all got online and defend her. Sometimes things happen, and for hundreds of years, people who are not appointed to the jury of that case seem to what to give their self absorbed advise. Facts are Facts people!! Denise was an active participant in the drug deal that happened in her home/daycare. In order for a warrant to be issued for somebody's arrest a judge has to determine that there is probable cause. So all you bleeding hearts need to realize that your little "angel" committed a crime.

Not to mention, how long has she known that Tim has had a drug problem? Do you people realize how much danger she put these kids in by keeping him in the same building as them?? What if it wasn't the Police he stole the money from? Do you think a drug dealer cares if it's a daycare or not. You all would be singing a different story about sweet little Denise if some kids got hurt.

She participated in the drug deal at her home, knew about Tim stealing the money, knew about his addiction, and not one time did she call and report any of it. Denise made her bed and now she has to sleep in it!!!

These dirtbags need to be in jail!!! This lady can't deny she knew what was happening in her home/ business. They put every child in that daycare's life at risk. What if one of the dirtbags they sold drugs to came looking for more while the kids were present! Of course she is going to lie about knowing anything about it, all dopeheads and dealers do!

Denise didn't boot him out. He fled!! And she remained in contact with him the whole time. How many times do you have to hear the words ACTIVE participant in the drug deal. As an Accomplice you have to assist in some way. And by just be present isn't it. She dis something to assist in making the drug deal happen. Not to mention, it happened right in front of her in the same room as her.

Enjoy prison Denise, you deserve it. Not only for the part you played in the "sting" but for having those children around Tim and his drug game. As for the parents that took their kids back their. You all deserve to have DHS called. What in the world was you thinking. Regardless of how "nice" Denise is that house was used to sell drugs out of!!!! And if you all think people only came after hours you are out of your mind!!

You need to listen up. I had both of my children at Denise's daycare for over 6 years. She is the ultimate in taking care of children. I never once had to worry about S & L while they were in her home. What Tim did was wrong, he is a likable person, but he has a problem and needs to be far away, which Denise was trying to do. She has spent so much money trying to separate herself from him and he is a manipulator. I hope this shows her she needs to rid herself of him once and forever and give her and Destiny a better life. We love you Denise. Trust in God and He will show you the path.
