There are a lot of soldiers in Killeen who are squared away. Still..some of them let it go to their heard or like I heard so often in basic are in it for "college money" Heh Heh! Still others couldn't hack it in the real world. Don't get me wrong the military is probley one of the toughest jobs out there but it's all handed to you. I for one am sick of dealing with an E-1 in for 5 years you know? The quality of todays soldier has greatly declined.

Black dude was hanging out in the parking lot of the apartments across from Handy Grocery at the corner of Adams and Gilmer, Killeen, Texas.

Police, especially the Killeen Police, work their butts off trying to get rid of crime. It's not because they like being mean or that they're social outcasts. It's because they care about the City. Most of the Officers live in the City. They have spouses that work in the city and kids that go to school in the city, just like many of you. It's really hard to do their job and fight crime the way many of you would like them to. You know why? Because of people just like you!

People that complain and whine about every little thing they do because YOU don't like it. Then their rules of engagement change. How they can deal with a citizen, who they can arrest and for what. Politics plays a big part in policing. Ya know what. The Officers could care less about the Politics...they just want the bad guys off of the street. But...first they have to make sure they say "sir" instead of "listen pal" because some pompous arrogant citizen didn't like being called "dude" or "pal" when they were telling the Officer to go **** himself. Think I'm lying? Go ask a cop. Hell...go ask the Chief.

Actually Tawanna (Melbourne Williams) gets arrested quite often when he is caught doing something wrong. You can't arrest him just for hanging out in woman's clothing.
