Honestly I have no remorse for the cat or the owner. I think the owner should be punished actually. Cats are supposed to be in the home. Letting them out at night puts them in. Maybe be getting shot or maul to death by a dog. The truth is that cats should stay inside. I know some cats like to run for the when it opens. Yet it's the owners job to pay attention to that. if he or she doesn't do be sad if the cat doesn't return.

The cat paid the price for its irresponsible owner.

I had a Great Dane that ran away twice in one day. The gate was broken in the backyard and we didn't know it. These things happen. He was harmless, so we weren't worried about him getting into any trouble. However, had he been caught wandering around someone's property who viewed him as a threat, they would be well within their rights to deter him or shoot him. We should've checked to make sure the backyard was secure.

He ran away on post before, and we had to track him down. Again, had he wandering into a training area or an area where there were endangered species, the game warden would have an obligation to take him down if he posed a threat. I assume the first course of action would be to approach the animal and check the tags to help get it back home, but if there are no tags...shoot.

I feel for this guy and his cat, but it's absolutely selfish and inhumane to keep that cat alive under those circumstances. It's in pain, so put it out of it's misery and keep the next one indoors (and tagged). Please.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Aquarius

Money is a source of friction between you and friends now, so treat it with caution and respect. There could be a disagreement between you and a chum about a possession or a debt that one of you owes the other. If you're trying to organize a forthcoming social event, you could come unstuck when working out how much it's all going to cost because it might be far too expensive.
