i dont think its a keeping familys together thing i think its a he's in the army thing. my friend called the cops on her husband twice (now ex) and both times it got handed over to the mps. nothing ever happened after that... but this gut is still in jail 3 mths after the fact, so i doubt nothing is going to happen.

let me rephrase my question. i really wanted to know how the baby is doing. as far as that baby beaten b*****rd is concerned if the courts find him guilty i say fry his a** because if he will beat a baby he's not beyond killing one too and for those that are against the death penalty, would you be agaist it if it was your baby? i also realize that in this case he probably won't get much time in jail if any at all. personally i think they should have charged him with attempted murder.

it is a shame that this happens. so why protect the abuser. put him in the general popluation. let him live in fear like the child had to.

If CPS or CID doesn't press charges, he might get probation at the worst however, he can no longer be in the Army if anything happens. He wont be allowed to handle a firearm with a domestic violence charge in his file. Whoopty f***ing do... All i saw CID do is make excuses for the pieces of shit saying, "well he just got back from iraq and that's stressful" and all cps does is not return phone calls and place the blame elsewhere instead of on their shotty social work skills.

Goodness...he had sex with a child. I wouldnt want him on base near my kids. That is just my two cents. If you do the crime you should do the time. Someone made a bad decision to let this man back onto base and I think this should be in the nations attention.

I wouldn't blame drugs for a personality or mental problems. He had sex with a 15 year old child. A child who is probably truly incapable of making such a life altering decision and a 36 year old took advantage of that.
