Adam Hill deceives voters in supervisor election

Members of the San Luis Obispo County Republican Party contend Adam Hill’s campaign is trying to influence the vote by sending out phony mailers in an attempt to give the false impression Hill has the Republican Party endorsement.

An advertising firm paid by Hill sent out the slate mailers titled “Attention Republicans: Election Day Voting Guide” to registered Republicans in the 3rd supervisor’s district. Along with a group of Republican candidates the mailer urges Republicans to vote for Adam Hill for District 3 supervisor.

“The mailer is a clear example of deceptive politics,” said Christopher Arend, a members of the San Luis Obispo County Republican Party.“Most voters are too busy to give mailers more than a quick look, and this mailer uses this to create an impression that it has been issued by a Republican organization.”

There are two candidates vying for the non-partisan District 3 supervisor seat and members of the SLO County Republican Party have endorsed Hill’s opponent, Pismo Beach Councilman Ed Waage.

The Democratic Central Committee has endorsed Hill, who is actually a Democrat.

“The only thing this mailer tells us about Adam Hill is that he has stooped to paying a professional political marketer to deceive the Republicans in his district,” Arend said.“Once again, Adam Hill demonstrates the type of behavior that gives politics a bad name.”

I do not know Mr. Hill, but i do know this so called site known as calcoast is a fraud, publishes lies, fake stories, alters stories, makes up fake stories, and try's to tarnish anyone they can.

I have learned one of there former supporter was Cuesta College they ceased the contract 6-30-12 as have others. As it turned out the College is in a chaotic corruption mess and under investigation for several wrong doings and financial nightmare. The trustees one in particular Ms. Alexander failed to reveal she is married to local talk gossip man, Dave Congalton who has been promoting the lies and false stories of calcoast, so a conflict does exist.

I nor none of those i do business with believe nor now will ever listen to Dave Congalton nor calcoast. The worst is Karen Velie of calcoast did a lying, deceptive and misleading two stories on phony Navy Seal, NAVY CROSS, PURPLE HEART con man Randal Reed and she only did a minor correction only after CID got involved and he was exposed as a fraud yet she still seeks donations another fraud. Bottom line the site is un-American and full of fired staff, lying make believe stories and phony Veteran stories to get donations under illicit means. Justice is coming.

I would never ever believe anything this wannabe news site says, it is now exposed to all real Media and real reporters what a fake and phony site you are. To gather and solicit donations on phony stories and then to use yourselves under disguised names to support your posting is deplorable and now exposed. Velie/Blackburn can not ever hold a valid news job both have a history of lying and misleading and cheating in fake stories, I am glad the public has exposed you, yesterdays front page of the Tribune story is all about you. Calcoast is a fraud, deceitful con group of lying stealing no bodies. Stop your silly phony stories, I called several of your sponoros told them I and many other will never use them because they advertise on your lying site, I quit listening to 920 KVEC as well now that we know your just as fake as them.

Just so you know 2 of the negative posts above were made by the same man. I used to live in the Hertel's Rancho Obispo Project, this man Scott Barnes posted many lies from many accounts to try and extort more money from Hertel company and others.

No substantiating information or evidence has been supplied, and the claims that investigations exist have also been determined to be false.

Unless credible information is supplied it can only be concluded that the claims originate from an angry or aggrieved individual attempting to damage reputations without merit. As CalCoastNews appears to us to be an investigative news agency it is likely that all of the the posts originate from a single individual posing as multiple parties who is unhappy with a past news article.
