Thank you and thank you for the link. I'm a committee member of Troy Proctors Inc. and we're trying to save the theater. We've been inside and with the exception of the stage (it needs replacing), some paint and plaster restoration, it's built like a battleship. It's not anywhere near as bad off as has been said in recent accounts such as "dilapidated".
