Officer in fast-food assault charged with another

A suburban Pittsburgh police officer charged with assaulting an employee at a McDonald's restaurant in October is now charged with assaulting another man in September.

Smith Township Police Chief did not do his job again. On Oct. 12, morning. Chief LaRue was called to 42 Francis Rd. Francis Mine. One mile from Burgettstown,( Carla Riggle Rodgers) residence. She was threatening to commit suicide. Two police cars and ambulance. And he did nothing. The chief should have arrested her. Now if she hurts herself or someone else the CHIEF will be responsible.

what do you want him to do? sit next to her for the next week to ensure she doesn't hurt herself? she needs to be in a rehab facility or mental hospital and she should admit herself.

Whiting must have been innocent over a year ago when she was falsely arrested by Smith Police. I was looking at the Pa. Western Federal District Court website case filings. And seen filed August 20, 2009. Whiting v Bonazza et al, Larry A. Bonazza, Amber Price, Gary Havelka, Smith Township, Burgettstown Borough. Looks like things aren't good like Chief LaRue thinks they are. Look what they did to that poor woman.

It's hard to believe that Smith Township Supervisors are going to keep Bonazza on the force. He makes it bad for the good officers. They should be ashamed of themselves.
