Outstanding. Cleaning up the SOURCE is the most effective solution. Spending 100's of millions of $$ studying and removing the breakwater to "flush" our beaches is the wrong approach to the problem. Flushing our polution out to sea like the Surfrider Organization (guess they really are only concerned with the surf!) suggest is not acceptable.

AND LB should charge the county and all the upstream cities for the poluted river.
