Putting Neal Johnson in any post of importance is a huge mistake for the citizens of Long Beach. This guy can't even pay his own bills, pulling out over $250K from a home he refinanced seven times in as many years. Now we want a guy who "didn't understand his loan docs" making decisions for us? Give us a break.
