i've known stan since he came to fayetteville in 2003, my husband helped him find the first artists for dog pound. At first, on the surface, he comes off as a decent person who helps his friends. But not long after meeting him we realized he was a bomb waiting to explode. He pulled guns on employees and customers multiple times for doing anything that irritated him. I personally saw him offer underage girls drugs in exchange for sex. We quickly severed all ties with him and his shop after becoming aware of his mental instability and drug habit. Ideally, a person should always protect their family from harm; but knowing Stan and how the smallest things could set him off-he should in NO way be heralded as a hero. Also, there is the issue of his extreme hatred for black people. The N word was a staple of his daily vocabulary. When I heard the story on the news, I said to my husband "How much you want to bet it was a black guy he ran over?" My husband wouldn't take the bet.

You are so right. He was a time bomb waiting to explode. A friend of mine and her 19 year old daugher ran into Stan one day. She did not know him but knew his friend and was introduced to them. Remind you this is the first time meeting Stan, when her daughter walked away he made a remark to my friend,(the girl's mother) that he would not mind #$%^@&*& her. My friend was livid. Another friend of mine opened up a tattoo shop. She's female. Her husband was out of country and an ex employee of Stan was working with her. He had some kind of problem with this ex-employee and kept going into my friend's shop harrassing her like he was a Mafia king pin.Eventually some of her husband's friends intervened and he left her alone. BIg Bully. No hero.

He shut down a tatto shop that he co owned with some of his own artists called 36 chambers, only to learn that he shut them down because they had a black piercer working there. Funny that i also told my husband thta i bet that the guy he ran over was black. Stan and his wife are also well known for using drugs. He is no hero at all, he has a temper i have seen it and alot of people that know him can confirm this as well. I mean come on he tried running his own wife down with his suv sounds like a pattern. He puts on a good show and in his comment to the fayeeteville observer about karma, well it definetly coming back around to bite him in his ass.

Thanks Harley for informing Fayettnut/Fayettenam on the comment I made regarding "jail". But, first off I'm a female and furthermore I won't back down on what I posted regarding Moron Moretti.
But, I do want to hit up the comment made by "Blondie" as follows: "He got what he deserved. Unfortunately the system would have never punished him. Now you punish who is the victom."
There could be so many jokes on your comment and your screen name alone, before I even consider you even have a clue about this case. I don't even think it's worth wasting my time to inform you, but oh hell why not.... Let's ALL read what you just wrote, one more time.
First, let's not forget, was there a crime truly even committed by Mcleod? With that in mind, many inmates have been falsely imprisoned. Everything from eyewitness' reports to that good ol' DNA thing which came in handy and freed many.
In this particular scenario, there are several eyewitness reports against Moretti's action versus Mcleod. Without everyone getting too emotional (psycho) on this case. Moretti wasn't defending his family as some seem to believe. The guy was already running, he got scared. Read the police report. Victim is not the title to be used on Psycho-Stan -n- family.
If Moretti had left it at just scaring this guy off with a warning shot, all would possibly be dismissed. The courts are questioning Moretti's actions after Mcleod ran off.
From reading the prior comments from others who have witnessed Moretti's rage, I just hope we will be the jury on that day. Have a nice day, and don''t do drugs. ;) His jewelry was fake too.

Lydon wrote: I am sorry but Mr. Moretti was way out of line. I think he over reacted or his wife over re acted. You don't chase someone down like a dog and kill them once they have fled. That is not self defense it's murder. How can someone running for their life be a threat. Mr. Moretti should have tended to his wife, called 911 and let the plice sort it out the legal way. He is no hero and it;s a disgrace anyone would refer his as such. In the end it's just a said situation because both families will suffer tremedously from something that could have been avoided. I agree with you. Mr. Moretti is no angel and Fayetteville should be glad to have both of these men off the streets!

I think we can all understand how a threat to a close family member can make someone feel but the law is that once the aggressor stops, whoever starts the confrontation again becomes at fault. I can say that this law is clear, regardless of what I would want done in a similar situation.

I know stan, hot head, bully, raciast, thinks he's mafia, a real joke. You can tell by the comments made from his support group what kind of person he is. I hope Stan can handle being in prison which is mostly blacks. I am sure his ways will be adjusted real fast.

Stan sounds like the kind of guy that was gonna kill someone eventually. The kind of guy that gets in an argument over a pool game in a bar and comes back with a gun. Beats women, doper, all the things that society abhores. Good Riddance.

I only care if someone runs them over. If he is getting rammed in prison by gay blacks then it only proves the filthiness of black felon's.
