Judge Hunter is a title lawyer who knows othing about probate. Judge Belinky has 29 years probate experience. No brainer.

Hunter is in fact a title lawyer. Not one very well versed in areas of land contracts, trust agreements, or correct parties in interest. This is a case more resently that Hunter refused to grant stays, and refused to move the case into a court with proper jurisdiction, due to the petioners cousin being a youngstown developer providing the promise of campaign contibutions and potential work for his firm. Again these are simply statements of "opinion". Let us be clear in that regard. Nonetheless, Hunters apparent debocklery, is cause for appeal by the defendants, enough so that it leads many involved in a rather simple case, to question whether hunter is capable of handling complex estates, and other matters of the probate courts. No Mahoning County, I think Judge Belinky, is a more than capable individual and Family Man, who brings a significant amount understanding of the probate court its budgetary aspects and its protocol. Hunter needs to follow David Aey and do some collegiate cramming, at least in areas of trusts, land contracts, and the difference between a purchase contract and a rental/ lease agreement.
