wonder if the judge thought about the 30 families that may have lost their homes as a result of being laid off....those people and their children may not have a home either..if they do, bet they aren't quarter of a million dollar homes...maybe Adair has room for those people at his house while he is there temporarily.....those people could be "homeless" too...hopefully right will prevail....

If anyone is to blame for all of this it is Ric Barringer. His lack of business skills caused Southwind to go under once Scott left,he was never fired and still owns 50% of the company. The truth will prevail.

To the "witness" from canfield ohio, ric barringer is not at fault for the immorality of a stealing co owner. A criminal mind of Scott adair was what would cause the business to go under if he embezzled over 1.3 million dollars. Scott would not need to be fired from a company who is prosecuting him illegal actions of theft (4th degree). the company mustve had proof to accuse such a large claim. and with this type of economy, i wouldnt doubt a coward doing such a horrile thing
