Marijuana discovery ends with two arrests in Colebrook

Acting on a tip Monday, sheriff's deputies searched for Richard Hollabaugh, 49, of Colebrook Township, only to discover he was growing marijuana in a remote cabin in the woods off Cream Ridge Road.
