First off we would like to say we are sorry for your lost. Second we would like to tell you we probably were the last people to see your sister alive. You see Jim and Trish came back to our cabin that night it happened on their 4-wheeler. We can't say too much because it may go to court the state police have already question us. But what we can tell you is that Jim and Trish both seemed very happy They were telling us about their motel, and how they were finally going for glasses on that Wed. We don't know what happen after they left but we really believe that Jim didn't do anything to her they both seemed too happy together They were telling us about how well they get along and Jim isn't the best person to get along with but we don't think Jim did it they were both drinking that night like we said we are sorry about your sister

i did know your 83 year old mom and i do know what is like to loose someone. i lost my mom!!! i just don't think that it is very fair for you to say those things about jim. if there is proof and facts i really want to know. show me!! i miss patricia. i cried almost 3 times a week. the last 2 years of my life knowing her as best friend were good. i am sorry she is gone but i really like jim. he must be a good guy he gave you a plane ticket to fly out to see your grand babies. did you pay for it?

Like I said we were the last ones too see them.I AM NOT TAKING UP for him. I would like to know what happened too. It's the 4hr time period that worries me I hear he was driving up & down the road in Cross Fork before he got help that is a rumor going around up there. I know his kids do not talk to him. like you said you were the last ones to see them, if they seemed happy then what makes you think something did happen. if the case was closed with his wife then let it be. what is meant to be will be. i miss trish dearly. she meant alot to mean in 2 years. it will all sort it self out. jim is a good guy so let things be where they are. if he did something wrong it will come up.

i thought the case was closed for his wife several years ago? why you are anger is wrong? yoou just need to what for the evidence and not say things about him that are not true. i don't know as much as you but i can tell you this, inocent until proofen guilty. no one knows what really happen yet. just let it take its course. your sister loved jim. like i told you before he was good enough to buy you a plane ticket. and by the way i did love your sister and i do want to know the truth, until then don't slander jim!!
