This town is awesome. Lets spend tax dollars on a new jail, tripled by current core inflation; to support more bars, strip clubs, and corrupt cops. Maybe get rid of the problems and you wouldn't need to spend our hard earned tax dollars on a new jail. Don't worry though, more police citations will be issued to fund the project. They have to meet their new quotas, so please don't speed or drink and drive.
