It seems the the cops in Austin react for those who have the cash. You ant see them coming to the Austin Apartments unless they have to. You want a cop..you gotta pay. Thats the way it works here in Scott county. They are taking the lead from Indianapolis and the corrupt police force there. In Indy, if you won a business and you want to be safe.. you gotta pay
