It looks like Americans have had enough of billionaire Donald Trump’s screams for attention. Activist Angelo Carusone created a petition on SignOn.org urging the retailer to sever ties with Trump. The petition statement reads: Macy’s: Donald Trump does not reflect the “magic of Macy’s.” We urge you to sever ties with him. Macy’s says it has a strong obligation to be “socially responsible” and that “actions speak louder than words” Indeed. It’s time to act.

Right after the win for President Barack Obama, Trump took to the Internet to express his outrage that Obama had been given a second term. The man who pushed the birther movement and made a dud announcement regarding dirt he had on the president, went bananas on Twitter as he expressed his disdain for the man occupying the White House.

Sign the petition..signon.org

Why does anyone care about what Trump does? All he did was ask for proof of Obama's birth certificate and college transcripts. He didn't bash gay people or make any racist statements. How is Macy's hiring him to do a commerical worthy of a petition? Is it you libs just don't want to have anything regarding you and yours even questioned? Really? If that's the case, then that goes both ways. NO questions should be asked of any conservatives who runs for office. Yeah, like THAT'S going to happen. Do you libs want to take away the freedom of speech? I guess so. You don't like what Trump said, so SHUT HIM DOWN!
Why don't you just consider the source and MOVE ON?
Why do you even CARE?????

Why is he so unaware of his self inflicted brand damage?

If he's not careful, he's going to have songs re-written about him.

He doesn't care. Any publicity is better than no publicity in his world(I guess.)
I just think it's silly for the libs to be having a petition signed because they want to take away his right to free speech. When libs do stupid stuff like that, they are proving what everyone else already knows about them: "We can do it, but you can't." WRONG!

Why don't they just boycott Macy's like they're going to boycott Papa John's, Chick Fil-A, etc.?

BTW, I noticed the OP fixed his/her spelling...

You made a good point. Boycotting is a great idea. Then everyone will be on food stamps from being laid off for lack of work and the companies going bankrupt.
Seems like the word boycott is being used today as freely as racism to gain leverage trying to get ones way.

Ignorance spills over like dirty bath water in a trailer park in these forums. Do some research people and stop relying on others political commentaries on television and in newspapers. You must realize that this economy has more to do with globalization that anything. The Regan era trickle down motto is no longer trickling down to just Americans - don't you get it! Stop letting the Conservatives put their pacifier in the mouth of poor and middle working class whites. Poor whites go to the Army, middle class whites go to college, Dick Cheney said it best. You need a BlackMan to save you "puppets of the Privledged Whites"!

OMG! If people can see a doctor, well, the end of the world is coming! The nerve of us as a society to try to insure citizens are healthy! It will be HORRIBLE for the country!!!

Give it a rest.

I think you missed the whole point of the story. What does boycotting everyone that you don't agree with their opinions have to do with doctors?
