I used to live in Ord and I know all the parties involved and I've heard different stories about Eric Dulitz and am not sure what to believe. I know Dulitz is a target and is pretty arogant but they're is some other stories that I've heard.

I understand what you're saying - but if you REALLY knew all parties involved then you would know what a crook Dulitz is. Unfortunately he didn't get near what he deserved!

I've been following some stories for some time that Mr. Dulitz has been involved in and know that Dulitz has a lot of people that are not very fond of him if not hate him in his local area. I heard of and know of a some financial dealings he is currently pursuing in mostly other states that are very large in size. I'm currently employed by an investment group that is going to probably invest with him. I have spoken to a couple of individuals from the Ord area about Mr. Dulitz and several others from other larger areas. I've had mixed reviews, it seems that the more out of the local area you go the better his reputation is, actually mostly pretty good and one contact an associate of mine spoke to which is a very large Nebraska institution is swearing by him besides what is said. But I know that some locals from Ord to Grand Island have nothing at all good to say about him and really hate him but no one really will say about what. "I would appreciate and really need any information you have on him." I know that within a few weeks this group is going to sign a contract with a out of state corporation of Mr. Dulitz's with a large amount of money at stake. So you can see our interest for reliable information on him and would appriciate it if you have any and will keep it confidential.

If reliability is what you seek and not personal opinion - I would suggest you search county, state and federal court records with regard to Mr. Dulitz. Everything you need to know is right there, in black and white.

I have and found one infraction when he was around 19-20 years old. Otherwise nothing. The deal is already done so I guess we will have to gamble on it. It's in hands now.

Apparently you failed to search Valley County Records as well as inquire with the FBI. Nonetheless its too late now.

Well we found an open container ticket and a drinking underage charge in Valley County. Yes, it is too late but so far we are happy with his performance. The FBI has nothing on him we checked with them first. The ball is in his court now and we will see where he takes it. Either we are going to look pretty smart or like total idiots. If you have information that the courthouse can't provide we are willing to even pay for it because it will void the contract we have with him and we can break the contract without any issues. He has a small army of attorneys which is a problem and so we need that kind of evidence in order to try to kill a deal with him. If you have this information we would be happy to get it under total confidentality. We did check with the FBI and they have nothing at all that they are pursuing or are concerned about. We will compensate you for the proper information that will show otherwise.

I realize this is well after the other post, I can only hole that Looking for info didn't get burned like the rest of the people that have dealt with Mr. Dulitz and his cronies. Eric is a snake in the grass that hides behind his grandmother's money and her "owning" ord and paying off the county officials. That is why none of his run ins with the law show up Grandmom pays his way out of it. Eric has opened several "investment" companies with his high school buddies and at last count they had all failed because Eric shoots his mouth off and gets everyone in trouble... Don't believe me. Ask Andrew Leth... in Omaha NE... He burned Mr. Leth with Stonewall Resources and lord knows what else. I know that Eric left Andy holding the bag on a 60K loan and only when push came to shove with the next step being a wage garnishment for AL did Eric even come clean about some of the money. Beware...

To SSSSS Snake--Do you have any other info in addition to your posting? I had been following the posts on Mr Dulitz last fall and recently came across what you added. I have been looking for confirmation that Mr Dulitz is trouble and seriously affects those he comes into contact with.

He is a total crook. He has ran out on more loans than anyone I know. Check with US Bank, or 1st National in Omaha he's had trouble with them. He is constantly in lawsuits trying to screw people out of money. If he does get some money he blows it trying to screw people out of more. Addict, loser, criminal, crook.....take your pick.

The Nebraska Attorney General's office is now (or preparing to) prosecuting Eric Dulitz SSSSS Snake, I agree with your take on Dulitz - as mentioned above, I've known that loser my whole life.

Mr. Dulitz has a new scam going on now, called ODG PRIVATE EQUITY GROUP (only for HIGH net worth business executives). Ha, well thats kinda funny for someone that frequents the court system for writing bad checks to be running a "HIGH net worth investment company" don"t ya think

I used to work for one of the companies that Eric tried to screw. in the end, we were able to screw him.. thank goodness. I know some people in the ORD/Omaha area that can provide info. His Dad won't even deal with him because he is so embarrassed about some of the "investment scams" that he did on family friends. He is currently hiding behind his mom and Step dad and his latest company. Check for records under Tolbert in ORD also... He has done some bad dealings in the state of LA also. I can only hope that one of these days he gets what is coming to him... other than the "kidnapping"

Just a little update: Eric and his so-called "company" are being sued by several entities and individuals in the State of Nebraska (and who knows how many other states)- I just confirmed this via a visit to the Courthouse and browing through Court Records. Its a train wreck in progress and Eric is the engineer!! Love it!

When your IP addresses are turned over due to a court order by this site you will be the happy owners of several deflamation of character and slander lawsuits. Eric knows about this site and will probably spend a large amount of money to prove your slander and spend a great amount of time and effort breaking you. Fight him. Try it he will take you and your lies on and you will discover your only digging your own hole deeper and deeper. Love It!!!!
