What that means to me is that the set of rules I, and you supposedly, live by is subject to capricious change. You are happy with the change because it suits you, but what if it did not. What if it added some onerous new humiliating restriction to your lifestyle.
My fear is that if the government is allowed to change the rules for these people, these sex offenders, what will stop them from changing the rules as they apply to you and me. When you call me "anti-police" it makes me chuckle. If you knew me, or what my career is, you would probably rethink that.
I'm sorry you feel it necessary to attack me personally because we have differing opinions. Perhaps we should just agree to disagree and be gentlemen about it.

Well, a year has come and gone. Does anyone know whether any of the Christian County 18 were ever charged with a crime? I don't believe they were. What I do know, is that one of these persons, arrested for posting "too small" of a sign, just received a $17,000.00 settlement from the good folks in Christian County for violations of his constitutional rights. Willard from Verona, the fellow who approved that settlement was our very own Ron Cleek, who also agreed in writing that the Christian County Sheriff and his minions were in violation of the offender'c constitutional rights. So, maybe you and your Nazi buddies could visit that worthy person.

Nope, don't think so. I did, however make a felony arrest on 65 South just past the CC exit this morning. I guess, I should turn myself into my watch commander for having a belief system that encompasses the rule of law instead of the lynch mob mentality.
