Anywhere where people congregate needs to have armed security guards. Even the grocery store where I buy my groceries has an armed security guard. Malls, movie theatres, grocery stores, schools, etc etc etc, all need to have armed security guards.(And this would help to create jobs for people who have served in our Armed Forces.) Seriously.

Also, the good people must be allowed to carry concealed guns for their protection and so they can protect other innocent people.

I sent a prayer for the families and friends of the victims of the Colorado shooting. It is so sad.

The police always shows up too late. They do not protect anyone. They just take reports and arrest the criminal when he runs out of ammo or gives up. Sometimes these killers do society a small service by doing themselves in rather than face justice. It saves society the bill on lawyers, court costs and costs of warehousing the killer in jail or prison.

But if more people were licensed to carry, and if one or two were in the theater during the attack, there would have been less victims killed or injured.

Citizens need to take away law enforcements monopoly on violence. Such a system only makes victims.

The wealthy people all have armed body guards. There needs to be armed guards in public places to protect the public, and the good, law-abiding people must be able to carry guns to protect themselves and others.

And yes, the police arrived at the Colorado shooting after the people had already been shot.

Police always show up to late???? What the hell kind of statement is that? Police do not know of or can respond to a crime until it is committed. Let me guess The fire department never shows until there is a fire and the ambulance never shows until there is a injury right. Damn some people just have no brains.

The understanding might come to you.

Yep, some people act like they have no brain. But keep working on it. It should come to you.

This is so sad. And I have heard good things about Colorado.

My Great Grandfather was Chief of Police of Denver, Colorado, and he was born in Littleton, Colorado. His wife, my Great Grandmother, was born in La Junta, Colorado. My Grandmother was born in Canfield, Colorado. They all came to California during the Great Depression.

Mayor Bloomberg of NYC wants to ban guns, but he has constant armed protection. Many of the scumbags who want to ban guns have armed body guards. Personal safety should be available for all good Americans, not just for the wealthy. A poor single working mother in a bad neighborhood has the same right to personal safety as Bloomberg does, and she must be allowed to own a gun. We all have a right to defend our lives, and to help ensure our personal safety.

I am not talking about a police state, I am talking about private armed security guards at public places. We already have private armed security guards all over where I live now in Anaheim. Even the grocery store where I buy my groceries has an armed security guard. And I support the right for good people to own guns so they can defend their lives and the lives of other innocent people. And the security guards can even all have a union, if they do not already, so that the security guards are paid fair and are treated well.

Many places here already that. They have that at the public buildings here, such as at the courthouses, and at other places. They do that when you enter the fair, etc, too. The night clubs all frisk you before they let you in, part of that is because of what happened to Dimebag, and they frisk you at concerts, etc. They also do that at sporting events, such as when you go see a baseball game at Angel Stadium. That is all already happening at many places here.

You are confused. The NRA helps to protect our Constitutional right to own guns. We have a God given right to be able to protect our lives, and to not be victims. I strongly support the NRA.

We must protect our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.

I have met people who hate our Constitution, and they hate our Bill of Rights, and they hate America, and they have nothing good to say about America, and I cannot figure out why they do not move and go live in another country. It sucks to have people living here in our country who hate us and who hate everything that we are about.

For me, my ancestors have been in this nation since before it formed, and they helped to build this nation, and the history of this nation is part of my history, and I love our Constitution and I love our Bill of Rights, and I love that we defeated Britain twice, and I love that we defeated the Nazis and the Japs, etc etc etc. Washington, Franklin, James Madison, Abraham Lincoln, and all of those guys were awesome. I love that we put men on the moon. Our space shuttles were cool too. This is a great country, and we are capable of great things. I am proud to be an American, and I love this country.

Salute,

Tony V.
