hi, I am Yuri, and I am insistently looking for someone who resides in Oak Harbor, he's originally from Queens, NY. He served in the military, navy to be exact. He was stationed in Bremerton in the years 2002 to 2007. The ship he was on was USS CARL VINSON. I was on Whidbey a L-O-N-G time ago, 1971/72.
