My son attends platte city 1st grade and sadly had his whole collection of bokugan taken out of his backpack today. Yes i know why would a child take over 500.00 in toys to school. I was upset he did but he wanted to have them for show and tell. Apparently when he came to get his backpack to get on the bus it was unzipped and all taken. So what does a mom do. Ugh i dont know. I guess i am hoping a parent from Mrs. Ditmars class reads this and maybee they will notice if their child has over 110 bokugan and cards magically appear. I know i sound stupid just feel so helpless. They were his treasure and he is only 7. I am not rich and cant afford to replace them and it hurts me to see him hurt. I guess im trying to get the word out and by the grace of god maybee someone will see this. I dont have alot but will offer a reward to anyone who may (cross your fingers) be able to help me get them back to my little guy. He has such a huge heart and is so caring. Thank you for your time guys sorry i sound stupid im at a loss. (-:

I know it hurts to see your child hurting, but please don't make this error in judgment the school's problem. It IS sad that some other child felt the need to take your son's belongings, but the fact is that the school personnel are employed to educate your child, not investigate this "crime." You have the opportunity to teach your son a lesson in taking care of his own belongings, please use it to do just that. Oh, and you may also want to BUY AMERICAN to help keep other Americans employed.
