All this over some junk road used 20 years ago for temporary emergency passage ? St Charles will spend more time & money looking , checking , discussing , engineering & planing than the junk road is worth . In the end St Charles , the Federal Govt , the State Govt , MODOT & WHO KNOWS will make this MOLE HILL into a MOUNTAIN with the OBAMA SHOVELS and YOUR TAX MONEY .What a way to improve the ECONOMY ? Another Shovel Ready Project on THE TABLE .

Regarding the stone part of Augusta Bottoms Road; if you slow down and be careful, it is quite safe. It has not gotten any more dangerous for the 20 years since the 93 flood. Besides, would we want Warren County folks telling us how we must make Highway 94 safer between Dutsow and Augusta?
