Metrolink's board of directors postponed a decision Friday on a proposed 6 percent fare hike, directing its staff to consider other options - including possible service reductions - to make up for a sharp decline in revenue.

Get some high profile corp to advertise on Metrolink(logo of corp sray painted on exterior of wagons). Use Metrolink space for fast food and retail space to rent. More parking spaces for commuters at competitive rates. Free internet wifi on wagons. Tourist passes etc.
