Police seek to end suit by informant over seized marijuana

Attorneys for the Seal Beach Police Department are asking a Superior Court judge today to throw out a lawsuit that alleges officers confiscated about 40 to 50 marijuana plants from a former resident and coerced him to become a police informant.

The 43 plants were for me and other patients who could legally possess under ca.law 11362.5 even the Da's office took the report by the SBPD and said "No charges are warranted" YOU DONT LIKE THAT than CHANGE CALIFORNIA LAW! or you can do like the seal beach cops ans just run around and kidnapp anybody that grows or uses pot
