Smoking Ban Wrong

Smoking, Smoking, smoking. Tased to death. But wait, lets go drinking, that doesn't kill innocent people.

Vehicles kill millions of innocents. Guns do the same. But smokers are paying the price.

Well, this smoker isn't. I am not going to the restaurants anymore if they ban them I will eat at home. If they continue to tax them I will grow my own tobacco. Then, when all the smokers wake up and grow there own, then you tax payers are going to pay the taxes the smokers no longer pay. If they ban growing tobacco, I will pull grass up and smoke it. So keep on making your laws, and I cant wait until those taxes spill over the non smokers.

Oh, don't get me wrong, you have the right to breathe fresh air, first show me fresh air, the air is fouled.

Oh, when I did not smoke to 2 years, I did not smell smoke in the restaurants. But I did smell them in the entrances.

Oh, keep banning cigarettes in entrances,and we will block traffic to smoke, thats right, we will go into the streets and smoke.

oh, keep making your stupid laws,and keep watching the crime skyrocket. America, where is your brain.

Look, you ban alcohol, ban cars, ban industries from spouting deadly fumes, and I will stop smoking.

Oh, get a hobby,and leave us alone. Or better yet, if you cant smoke them, then lets stop collecting taxes.

Better yet, why don't you just make them illegal, that way you can build more prisons and you can be King.

You all dont see the crime skyrocking, yet you all keep on making more laws. Let me asked you something, Freedom to do what? NOTHING! I will stay at home, and eat, and save my money to pay the Government, cause folks, the smokers are quiting, and your taxes are going to go waaaaaay uppppppp!!!!!

PS. Don't forget to wear your seat belt. Big Brother is watching, but so much for kids on school busses. Wont be long, we will be Islamic.

The Govt has perpetrated a legal robbery of the tobacco industry, under the guise of funding programs to help people who don't want to quit smoking, quit smoking.

Also the money was supposed to be used to offset medical spending for medicare patients who suffered from smoking related diseases.
And yet despite this continued influx of cash, the Government says that Social Security is going broke.

Americans who use tobacco, are being systematically robbed by the Govt everyday, through major taxes on tobacco, that is used for what no one knows or says.

The Govt is always in searching for it's next victim to legally rob.
The fast food industry is looking pretty much like a plum as of late, they better watch out!

Then how do you explain, all of the deaths of people from cancer, who never smoked at all?

Smoking has not ever been proven to directly or specifically cause cancer.
Just because you smoke cigareyyes does not mean that you are guaranteed to get cancer.

It is a proven fact that, alcohol usage kills 9 million brain cells per ounce consumed, and they do not ever come back!

takion1, it is a good thing that the government is taking money from the tobacco industry. They cause us to spend way too much money on medical treatment for stupid people who smoke.

Americans who use tobacco should also have more of their money taken by the government, for the same reasons but also because if you are so stupid that you smoke then you're probably too stupid to use your money wisely, and that is often true because so many smokers are on welfare and use food stamps in addition to using Medicaid.

If the fast food industry gets hit next, that's good, because we need fewer fatasses in this country. All the losers on welfare who smoke and eat at McDonald's should be forced to quit smoking (or to pay a lot more for it), go on a diet (or have to pay a lot more for their fatty junk food) and join the Army and be something other than a big fat lazy slob.

If you smoke, you are stupid, and therefore less valuable.

If you smoke, you are unhealthy, and therefore less valuable.

My brain works well enough to know, that no one has ever proven conclusively, that cigarette smoking causes cancer.

This is not entirely true.
Why is it that non-smokers, now don't have the right to be accomodated at a restauraunt or bar, while engaged in a perfectly legal habit.
This is a decision that should have been left to the business owner, not the Govt.
