Historic Bed & Breakfast sits on centuries of East TN memories

Nestled on the outskirts of Walland, Tennessee sits the McTeer House, a Bed and Breakfast and Country Cafe run by Vic and Wendi Milton.

McTeers fort wasn't built on the property where Ellis store is located.
It stood 1/4 mile to the East.
The marker was placed there beside the store because if they placed it at the site of the fort people couldn't see it. I know the lady that told them to put the marker there,
