Backers' Hopes Dim For Poinciana Incoporation Vote

The University of Central Florida's feasibility study has been completed. The next step is for the legislature of the State of Florida to approve a referendum for the voters of Poinciana to be held on November 2, 2010, on whether or not, Poinciana should become a city. Poinciana residents's destiny should be in their own hands and the due process of law should not be impeded.
