Auburn, not a sanctuary

If individuals like to give sanctuary, they should open up their own backyard. Try walking through Veterans Park any day of the week and you can listen to the homeless trade drugs for stolen goods. The homeless don't care who over hears, they know nothing will be done about it. Its obvious to me, that a person with 3 shopping carts of crap is either unstable, on drugs, or both. I'm tired of watching them ride the bus for free, leaving trash and litter everywhere.
