I am an American living in Mexico. It is only dangerous here for an American if they are an arms dealer or drug dealer. I cannot believe this man was not involved in trafficking drugs or guns, it just does not happen. He opened fire with an assault weapon hmmm. It is illegal for any foreign person to have a gun in Mexico they have great laws here. This guy attacked the military with an assault riffle, he had to have been involved with the cartel.

To answer your questions about "white Americas" living in Mexico. There are hundreds of thousands of us here. We live here because the Mexican people and culture is amazing. We get great medical here, better then the US. Life is slower and more meaningful because Mexico is family based not $ based but family based, it is a great live here! There is so much rich culture and amazing food, art, and people. Viva Mexico!
