Council Member's Ethics Questioned

Councilman John Alcala requested a hearing on ethics violations against Brett Blackburn and Jeff Preisner at Topeka's City Council meeting on Tuesday. via WIBW-TV Topeka

Blackburn and Preisner should be taken off the council and run out of town. Ruin them and send them packing. Our city will be much better without this type of personel. Take the city manager with them. He is a blot on our city. Moe Larry and Curly so to speak. They have brought more shame on this city that Mr. Phelps ever thought about doing. Get rid of them!
