Just a quick note, I once heard a lawyer from bar association say, in order to preserve your freedom, help preserve other's freedom (many have given their lives to get the freedom that you have - or you had) - that has stock with me for many years. The more laws made, the more confined American people become. let the neighborhood association take care of that leaf burning - if they are in the wilderness, country start an association - there are always selfish people who do not care for others. Perhaps they need leaf mulcher. The best is not to get government involved as they may make rules that you may not like. Keeeeep the freeeedom going for the sake of our children.
