I say we go to arbitration! This asshozi doesn't wanna to give 2nd tier employees any kind of raise and wants to up the percantage of tier two to over twenty. G.M. stands at three percent and Does has less than one hundred. If the union puts there signature on a contract with those provisions they might as well fold up and leave. We really dont have anything to lose in arbitration! Marchionne is a peice of excrement. Week over week, month over month year over year sales increases.12% percent of the work force not getting payed squat. Over 100 jobs eliminated at my plant alone and theyre not finished. Assembly plants runnong o.t.. and this bastard comes on the news and in the papers saying Chrysler isn't doing very well. How much you wanna bet this Turd, just like Daimler, is faking Chrysler money back Italy to invest in thete garbage ass production plants.

Bad call Creeper83. have faith in Mighty UAW boys, and don't listen to ANYTHING KEP72,ROCC, or the "Truth" has to say. KEP is 200 years old nuff said. ROCC is trying for some litary award and constantly counterDICKs herself. and the Truth has been known to lie.. about everything. Crimeslyer coming out with many new cars, and we got the HEMI & Pentastar engines, not to mention our new boys in Dundee kick'en ass, we will be fine.

I have faith our UAW will bring back a contract worth voting on. For us to accept more sacrifice is unacceptable and they know it. We have given alot over these past few years, we are not giving anymore. Its just that simple. We went into bankruptcy with a shared sacrifice perspective, well that only happened on the UAW side. Right after bankruptcy management got it all back....JUST AN FYI

Your another idiot who has no economic sense. We are still high some of the highest paid manufacturing workers, with some of the best healthcare. We have to show return on investment to shareholders, if u don't, they won't invest. Pretty simple, however so many idiots can't figure it out. While I don't want sacrifice, if it keeps our jobs, and gets more usa jobs, I will do it. Until we actually make money we can't say we won't sacrifice. We will see no $ per hour increase this contract, our healthcare is the target, as well as pension credits.

Oh REALLY???really we have already given an You Management have not its really just that easy. Do not ask your folks who make your product to accept less. WE have already given and you have NOT. SERGIO should only make about 2-5 ml a year that's what CEOs of transplants make. Not 20+ml. Compare apples to apples right?

I am not management, we still haven't made money, ford still isn't showing returns to its investors. If we don't give investors returns, we will just bleed more jobs.

We can't just compare ourselves to ford and gm. We have to compete with transplants.

Sure keep that mentality, and when he has moved the work to another country, we will see how that works out for us. They need to negiotiate profit sharing for us.
