A real shame that a small number of narrow minded, anti-growth people blocked this fantastic project. There's already alot of noise from I-85, to which the project was directly adjacent. Very likely the folks opposed would have never heard the activity given the pre-existing noise levels in the area. Traffic would have been no more than any other small retail shop. It's not a stadium folks. The site selection could not have been better and was very consistent with other successful similar projects.
