I was there when this happened and it was horriable. I have two small ones 4 and 7 and it is sohard to understand how this coudl happen if the little girl had been watched closely. I know accidents happen and this could have been prevented. People are correct in saying that the family is paying enough with her death I persoanlly would want my life to end if I was the cause of my child's death..........
