If SoCal gets its way, the Delta will just become a concrete-lined viaduct heading south....and a distant memory.

Let me see if I understand this. We will release water so the salmon can come up river to spawn. Then we will pump the water and crushed baby salmon back to the south in canals. Water and fertilizer in one canal. Sounds like a plan to me.
