Vote no. if you care so much about the preservation of your towns history, organize and fix it in house. I do not live in Somerset, and I dont want my state taxes matching your funds for improvements that will likely be mismanaged and bring zero return on my community. here is a clear example of cuts that can be made

If Somerset manages funds anything like Swansea I also suggest voting NO. Swansea ran out of money for snow removal after 2 storms during the mildest winter on record ever recorded. Don't do this math.
