I am glad you posted this on the news about this dear little pup ANGEL of WYOMING SPCA who is in need of our help. I am glad the Wyoming SPCA sent this news video out to others to post on their news and others picked it up to post to the pple of the world where they have. I have posted it on my facebook profile and I have sent a cheque in to this SPCA FOR ANGEL. I have asked friends to visit my profile to help. This dear little puppy God love her, is in need to no fault of her own. I want all pple to please send in something even if it is $5.00! After all my bills, food, miscellaneous and $40.00 for this little puppy's operation fund I have only $60.00 left for the month of March and it is only the 4th. I will give $20.00 every month for the next 6 months and more if I am able to beyond that. If I can do this surely others can! PLEASE GIVE TO THIS LITTLE "ANGEL" GIRL. Give something. Anything will help her. Thankyou from my heart. God Bless You All. From: Judith Powell Animal Lover

I am glad this news and video has been posted for the pple of other communities, counties, and states to see it. I am proud that Wyoming SPCA sent it out! God Bless them for that and the caring they showed for this dear little puppy! She is one lucky little little girl! I think pple should show as much spunk as this little puppy and get into their wallets head to the bank and send a money order or certified cheque for the "Fund of Angel" so she can get her operation and walk and run with her other mates and have some more fun. Just let her walk without braces and run in the grass like the others. Boy will she be happier! I have sent a money order for $40.00 and I will be sending $20.00 or more for the next 6 mths atleast and if not more if I can to this Fund for Angel. For this month of March after all bills and food and Angels fund is paid into I will have only $60.00 left for the month. If I can find the money to do this surely many many others can help also. Just do it! You'll be glad you did. Take a look at that liitle face! Open your wallet at the bank, get your money order or certified cheque...and send it off to the "FUND FOR ANGEL" believe me she will forever be glad and so will you! Please give! OPEN YOUR HEART! PLEASE! SHE IS SO IN NEED AND IS SO INNOCENT! HELP HER OUT PLEASE! GOD BLESS YOU AND I THANKYOU FORM MY HEART TOO!

I just heard from Sue Davila that Angel passed away last night.
They are unsure what happened. I will post here when I hear something. |

I'm sure no one will take responsibility.

pleeeze do iam soo filled with grief....i guess the Lord needed another "angel" in heaven!!!!!! |

wait a minute....now this dog is dead!!
a county spca running on a shoe string budget wastes all this money to "help" an unwanted mut, asking for donations, now its dead. If I would have given such money, I'd want my money back. If they cant handle this, they should ve passed off the dog so another spca that could handle it. but no, they saw dollar signs, then the dog died. thye obviosly don't know what they are doing. I think someone should now open up a thorough investigation, at the spca's expense to see just who is responsible for killing this innocent dog, that would have been better cared for at a facility that saw helping a dog more than looking for donations. I'm appalled and I want to know who is responsible for this dongs death. |

i agree that the people who did donate to the puppy's surgery should be told "just what happened" the little girl was doing fine for a week after surgery........we do need an explanation in the forum or by the news. god rest your soul little "angel" fate was sooooo against you in this life!

i hadn't been following this for the last few days, i didn't know the puppy had been operated on, let alone is now dead. i suggest the money collected be turned into a reward for the capture/conviction of the evil,--------, fill in the blanks, who thru the other minpin out the window of the car on the 33. i just heard on the news today another dog in i believe it was in idaho, was throne off an over pass, this one survived with a broken jaw. people must spa/neuter their pets so some of these horrible crimes agains our animals hopefully can be contained.com e on folks give what you can maybe we can catch this monsters. how about it SPCA will you turn the money collected into a reward for little sisco? jm

You've got it all wrong. Wyoming County SPCA is a no-kill shelter that solely relies on the public donations. The excess donations for Angel can always be used for the other animals at the agency. If it's a no-kill shelter it shouldn't matter where the funds are directed. All animals get help over there. So please, educate yourself about the facility before making such accusations because you sound ridiculous. Sincerely, Shelter supporter |

You live up to your name. Angel died from a reaction to medication. She was buried on April 2nd 2008. It's a shame that dogs cannot talk to tell us of all issues they are experiencing after a major surgery. |
|
Jean, You haven't been following this story at all. This dog was surrendered to the SPCA by it's OWNER because they could not afford the money for the surgery. What the hell are YOU talking about with the abuse you are referring to. This dog was NOT abused. The shelter raised money to operate on its legs. A local vet operated on one leg and then the dog had complications from medication AFTER SURGERY. The dog was NOT abused. Reading is fundamental. You should have been educated as a child on this organization http://www.RIF.org |

The shelter IS NOT FUNDED BY WYOMING COUNTY. IT'S A NO KILL SHELTER THAT DOES NOT DOES NOT DOES NOT RUN ON ANY FUNDING FROM STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. Why do people who should be well educated NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE SPCA OF WYOMING COUNTY WORKS. How about some reading for you: http://www.zootoo.com/shelters/zip14011_wyomi... "The Wyoming County SPCA is a NO-KILL Shelter. We currently house 260 cats and kittens and 7 dogs. We operate on donations and fund raisers. A Board of Directors oversees the operation of the business. We get NO county or state funding." |

http://wcspca.net/ Angel 2007 - 2008 Angel died from a reaction to medication. She was buried on April 2nd 2008. Angel touched many hearts in her short time with us. Give them a call if you want an explanation. I'm sure you are educated enough to maneuver their web page. |
|
You said it so nicely. It's hard for me to be nice to these uneducated western new yorkers who have no excuse to not understand how a no kill shelter works. |
|
Thank-you for an explanation of angel's death.....she certainly touched the hearts as well as the lives of caring humans. may you be at peace in heaven with all the other puppies angel. there is no sorrow or hurt in this paradise....i can just imagine your jumping around with a "normal" set of front paws. God just needed another "angel" there!!! i'am positive that the wyoming county spca will put the raised "funds" to good use. the only said part is the reaction to the medication. peace my little angel!!!!!! |

|
could not have said it so well as you have ....waking up to their last day!!!! get a no kill shelter?(Debatable) ERIE COUNTY SPCA |
|
|
First, you did not contribute to the fund for this poor puppy. Secondly, you obviously do not know anything about the tremendous work done out of love by the staff and volunteers of the Wyoming County SPCA. They are so dedicated to the day to day running of this shelter and the lives of the animals they help, that any money raised for Angel will be put to good use for the animals. I know. I have not only supported the shelter, but have adopted an animal deemed Unadoptable by other shelters, a feral cat that the staff took the time to semi- socialize, who is now a wonderful, loving house cat. Shame on you for speaking like this, when you have no inkling of the good work these people do.

yeah, I love animals. I love to eat them.
the spca is so hycrotical. they say they love animals, then they feast on hamburgers and pork sausage. guess what. you are eating what you are "protecting" |
