To bad the drunk that killed the young girl on 52 didn't get caught by one of these stops!

It wouldn't matter. Years ago, I watched as my brother got DUI after DUI (6 last time I counted). The longest he was ever in jail was 4 hours. Just long enough for my idiot mother to go bail him out and get him a great lawyer. His harshest sentence was 1 year on house arrest. I think the minimum first offence sentence should be at least 1 year in jail.
