Sandys Diner scores a 58

Food is good - good variety. The score was due to structural issues in building that needed addressing.

last time i was in there, about a week ago, the ceiling was falling down. don't particulary care for ceiling tile in my food. but the food was good. just need to do some work on the appearance and safety of the interior.

They are in West Bainbridge right over the railroad tracks across from FRM.

Haven't been there in last week but I understand they were closed a few days and got the ceiling fixed.

Sandy is one of the nicest people you would want to meet, good food, clean and yes, she has been remodeling. If you want good service,good fish or tasty large hamburgers, go there. It is across from FRM on 84 in West Bainbridge by railroad tracks. Can't beat the price for what you get. My family are regulars there and we are particular where we eat.

What time do they close at night? I work out-of-town; don't get home to about 6 PM.

They close at 9 pm.
The building owner fixes nothing so Sandy has done a great job with spending her money on his building.

You know, it,s really a shame that the website that you posted for reference, chooses to report these scores in a half accurate manner. The actual violations as well as the causes are readily available. While there are some merchants that at times get in a hurry and lax their standards, I can 100% assure everyone that Sandy is not one of them. If you are friends with the website owner, I urge you to request him to post the actual violations, because This wonderful woman has been greatly misrepresented with your, as well as their post. I have known her since we were kids, and know what I am talking about. She, as well as her entire family, are some of the finest people that you could ever meet.

"Know Sandy Well" well stated. The scores do not accurately give you a picture of what they may have been written up for. It is very misleading. They may get wrote up for not having a container labeled or something like that.
Sandy is very concerned with serving good food and pleasing the customers. She develops relationship with her customers and she aims to please! Very hard worker!
