Well, do him a favor. Tell him to close his mouth when he breathes and help him pluck that uni-brow. Wiping that vacant, neanderthal look off his face would help too. He looks like a prime candidate for a Jedi mind trick!
Next help him work on the anger management issues. Encourage him to read and discuss with him what he reads. It looks like he could use some work developing some critical thinking skills. The followup phone calls were like a badly wounded rhinoceros thrashing around: Plenty dangerous if you get too close,but easily and safely dispatched at a distance with the proper tool. Perhaps reccommend a nice apricot facial scrub too, his skin looks like he could use some tlc.
