Don't ever think about moving in here !!! What awaits u? Mice runing all around ur apt. & building. Bedbugs all over ur bed & furniture. Roaches all over ur apt. & building. Nats eating ur flesh alive. Nobody to fix ur apt. Just 1 person for the whole building. He never has the right supplies. Good & kind worker. But nothing 2 work with. So save ur money & go somewhere else. This comment is the gods honest truth. So help me god.!!!!

I have been a resident in this building for over 2 years. In the two years I have lived here, I have never had any of those problems. Anything issues I have are addressed in a timely manner, by one of the two maintenance men. I can't speak for all the tenants, but some people aren't happy unless they have something to complain about.

For those who might be interested in living in this community, on the ocean, overlooking the boardwalk, please come and see for yourself and let us know what you think!!

Having lived at The Ocean through the past few transitions of ownership, I know that the previous owners left a mess for the new current owners to clean up.
The new owners seem to really care about the building and the Residents and are making our building beautiful again. Foyers and hallways have been renovated along with apartments, and a totally renovated fitness center.
Anyone who has any pest problems in our building obviously is not taking advantage of the free weekly pest control services offered by the new owner.
The staff is warm and friendly and helped to keep us safe and sane during the recent Hurricane Sandy. I love my home, the staff and I love the changes taking place all around me!

I have lived at the ocean since 2010. I have had problems with bed bugs & mice as well. The bed bugs are gone from my apartment, but still have rodents & some water leeks. The owner that was here when I moved in, took all the gutters off the building. And keep in mind the pipes in the building are old as well. The new management is trying to clean up this problem, the building is very old and it's going to take time to do this cleaning up. Atlantic city has a big bed bug problem as well. Tenants should be very grateful to have a roof over
Their heads. I know I'm grateful, God has brought me to where I am today. Tenants shoul

Tenants should Be able to go to management, and come to a understanding of their ongoing problem. We need to work together, life is full of not so nice situations. Patience and kindness works best in any situation I think. Jesus loves you & so do I. God bless

We moved in the building a few months ago, here's my honest review.

in our first week here we had an unwelcomed pet and a few other friends (mice and roaches). Now I would say we see 2-3 roaches per week. Management responds well to issues and have a weekly pest control program if you request/complain about it (otherwise only one floor is serviced per week, so you have to wait ur turn).
We've never personally used the laundry on site (available on every floor) the machines look old and unfortunately some of the residents are not the most hygienic so I'd personally rather not share a washer or dryer with them.
Parking can be a little difficult to find sometimes, their renovating the underground parking so maybe something to look forward to.

The view is stunning, and like I mentioned before management is responsive and generally pleasant. There's also a little convenient store on the first floor (cash only) and I'm unsure of the hours.
