Any one know what kind of work this guy does. Ive heard some good and some really bad things about him.

Appreciate any feedback

The owners name is Calderone, I had him demolish and rebuild my home in 2005 and Im still waiting for him to finish!!!
The guy will BS you and make u feel good, till the end and u see him dissapear. Many people in Long Beach have had problems with him. He uses illegals and was arrested in 2004 for fraud.
Need I say more....

I agree I currently have the same problem with the guy. Sloppy, unfinished work, people use him because he's inexpensive. Well u get what u pay for! Buyer Beware

Yep, Calderon has been ripping people off in this town for 15 years, learned it from his old man.
Hopefully people will wise up and he will be shut down. He promises a low price then comes back and doubles it then puts a lien on your property.

Has anybody had experiences like this with him?

Very Shoddy and doesn't finish...ever.
I have a friend that had items missing from house after he and his guys did work there.
Sounds like bad news as I hate to say like most contractors.

Anthony Calderon is not a builder...he is a snake oil salesman. His company is a sham and the "work" he does is so shoddy your better off doing it yourself.

I went to the house under construction on delaware ave., its 3 floors, but the permit is for 2 floors??? How does that happen? Who is he taking care of in City Hall?
Is it any coincidence he bought his house(the one he lives in) from Ed Eaton the town Manager? Corruption at its finest.

-Anthony delivers the utmost quality in his houses for a very affordable price and anybody who didnt owe him money wouldn't know that...

If you are looking to improve your home,I suggest installing a weight room somewhere in your house.Also,get a football field in your backyard,a small one doesnt have to be big,just to practice in it.Ive had great sex in both weight rooms and foot ball turf,so I think you guys will like it,especially the weight room.

Take a look, he has his Mexicans tearing it down!!! Guess he didn't grease the right palm. The roof is off, he must be taking a big hit on this one. What goes around comes around, there is justice in this world.

Words can not express how terrible this man is. I am battling him in lawyers right now. The job was never FINISHED. I recieved bids from other contractors and it would be approx 26K over what Anthony is due if finished. I do not want this man back in my house. Work is shabby..inside. Outside not finished product. I agree with all statements on this blog...DNU Not worth the aggrevaiton. Also, blindsides you by sending you additional bills afterwards.

You must be the only person he did right by. People pay there bills. He does not finish the work. YOu must not believe that this many people would take the time to right about this. What about all who just don't write. If you are friends with him I understand your defense.

He hasn't been a licensed corp since he dissolved it in 1998. He has no right to file any actions under that corporate name.
