Don't these guys advertise themselves as EXPERTS in labor, employment and education law? Is it that they are experts for everyone else and for themselves they can say wahhhhhhhh duuuuhhhhhhhh I'm vinnie barbarino and i don't know nuthin duhhhhhhh. 25 years of what AG Cuomo calls "chronic fraud" and a "great scam" and this master of the universe employment law expert says duhhhhh- that's just the way it was done- 1099 and W-2 for the same job. Bravo.....these sleeeezee attorneys prey upon us all, portray themselves as holier than thou and rip us off when we're not looking. I'm sure the partners at Ehrlich Frazer Feldman knew exactly what was going on. Just because the practice of accumulating pension credits went on for years doesn't make it legal. Does the fact that prostitution and gambling have gone on for years make it Ok? These pieces of dog excrement should rot in hell.....after they serve time and make restitution. Hey Terrence....where are you? Why did you suddenly find it necessary to resign from your position on the audit committee? You'll face the music one day and we'll all be there for the free concert!
