Where is the Dutton Island Preserve?
A map would have made this article much more meaningful to me.

It must be a place where only our Mayor and his "friends" are going to be able to use.

This just in:
Mayor Peyton today helped to preserve and protect a very rare creature named in his honor!
The " Peytonious R.I.N.O. Ambiguous Chameleon".
A very interesting creature in many ways. This short creature is confused at what party and Gender preference it tends to gravitate towards.
Its fickle political embellishments have enraged many of it's current party members therefore sending this multi-colored little fellow into hiding. It generally comes out at night to frequent "Alternative" hotspots with its same sex.

Maybe this park (since its connected to peyton)
can be given the same name as the Riverside Parks were called 10 years ago.
"The Park with the whispering Bushes"

I agree with Riverside Bob. The park is probably going to turn into another Westside Regional park (Across from N.A.S. Jacksonville). I was renovating a house on Herschel Street not too long ago and would stop by the Cool Moose to buy a cup of coffee to-go. The ‘Nancy’ boys who had been raving all night would stop by the Cool Moose for breakfast before going home. They had some interesting stories to tell about Mayor Payton’s real preference.

This must be the reason why the Times-Union's Ron Littlepage took a hiatus.

I resent these remarks I have never hid in the bushes. I hide behind my daddy's money and my shady business dealings. How dare you try to impune my dubious character...psst but no really are you free later?
