To Many Chiefs At AISD

Things That Need To Be Done At Atlanta ISD,
include:

(1). The number of Administators needs to be
reduced. AISD does not need two Assistant Superintendents, two High School Assistant Principals, or two Middle School Assistant Principals. There are to many chiefs and not enough foot soldiers.
(2). The salary of R. Hailey needs to be reduced to $35,000 per year.,
(3). AISD needs to stop using the practices of
nepotism and the good ole boy system.,and
(4). They need to sell the current Central office move and into a smaller facility.

Questions To Ponder: Why did Atlanta High School have such a big turnover during the summer? Are all individuals treated the same within AISD? Food For Thought!!!!!

$130,000 just doesn't buy much these days.

Since: Feb 11

Turn around - and bend over.

Looks like change is ALREADY here.

A couple of months ago, the Atlanta High School principal abruptly resigned in the middle of the school year.

And now, the Atlanta Primary School principal job has been posted online as being vacant.

Could we possibly hope for other vacancies - at even a higher level?

Where are they going to get a principal for the Primary School this time of the year?

All the good external prospects for this position are already under contract elsewhere.

Maybe they could eliminate one of the several assistant superintendent positions and shift that person to the Primary School as principal.

There is some "eliminating" that needs to be done alright.

There's some new blood on the school board now.

And there'll be more at the next election.

Well, shifting one of the Assistant
Superintendents to the APS would not
solve the problem. Atlanta needs
all new administrators. AISD needs
a new superintendent and all of the
current assistant superintendents
need to retire or be reassigned
the the classroom. AISD is getting smaller
as the years go by and AISD does not
need 3 assistant superintendents.
It is a waste of money.

Two new principals and a new school board member this year.

Still a lot of deadwood over at the central office though.

Supposed to be having a social for the new Primary School principal and the new High School principal tomorrow.

Of course, it's from 3pm to 5pm - so anyone working has to take time off to go.

Typical AISD Administration.

Make sure it's scheduled for THEIR CONVENIENCE - not for us lowly taxpayers.

Who gives a flip about meeting the new High School Principal and Primary Principal? They are just good ole boys and hand puppets for the superintendent.

I hear that Roger may find himself in some hot water soon.

Will be interesting to see if the board does its job or just sweeps it under the rug.

Oh my stars!

Atlanta has Roger Hailey as superintendent?

You have my sympathy.
