It was in the news story....Nicole Fraley, 32, and Tracy Miles, 39, both of Kirksville, were arrested. They are charged with felony counts of stealing anhydrous ammonia and resisting arrest. Also arrested was Clinton Munn, 19, of Atlanta on felony charges of stealing anhydrous ammonia and resisting arrest. Christopher Link, 27, of Moberly, was arrested on a felony charge of providing a precursor for manufacturing a controlled substance.

Doesn't surprise me...look at their rap sheets. Maybe they'll keep 'em in there for a while this time.

I haven't been around there in a long time

Kirksville has more and more drunks and drug users. It seems to get worse each year. Sadly, many people enable these addicts and they seldom suffer any consequences for their actions unless they get into enough legal trouble. I used to date an alcoholic. How he's managed to keep his job is a small miracle. I know he's likely hung over most days he goes to work & his employer knows he's a drunk but yet he keeps his job. So, the enabling continues. I feel sorry for the families of people like the ones in this news story. Unless you've been involved with or are related to someone like that, few know how painful and embarrassing it is to be associated with them. I hope for the sake of the family that these addicts will get help and vow to stay clean/sober and out of legal trouble.

They need to put the hammer on these meth heads and quit letting them out of jail. I cant tell you how many times Ive read the name fraley in the newspaper associated with meth or the name miles wasnt that part of the white clan.

I agree 100% Fred these people Im sure are repeat offenders and they will probably get a little slap on the wrist and get let out of jail. If they would start closing the door and throwing away the key on some of these people they would think twice about this stuff.

Whats too know? They have been busted for dope multiple times I think it speaks for its self, call a spade a spade, if the shoe fits wear it and so forth. Also Fred can have his opinion, I don't know why your always effing with him telling him what he should or shouldn't post. I don't always agree with him, but I respect his opinion.

Maybe if they had judges like Judge Judy Sheindlin handling them, there would be some new prisons built and less thugs running around. She wouldn't tolerate it. She's a believer in "make the first time the worst time and there won't be a second time."

You are right if panda girl would just mind her own business she wouldnt have all of these problems but Im thinking she likes the attention is why she does it. Some people cant cope unless they have attention and I believe shes one of them.

It's a hard habit to kick.I know thats right down my alley. I've hurt alot of people in my addiction and I have many regrets. But don't give up on someone because of what they've done. what we did while were using doesn't define who we really are.Try praying for these people GOD is a powerful tool we all seem to leave out of the subject at heart. I have met alot of good people in recovery that have done some horrible things while using. For the these drug bust might of saved their lives. In fact it might save someone elses life down the line. Sit and think about that for awhile and if you are truely spiritual you will stop and pray . that life that gets saved may be someone you love.

To recovering addict: I'm glad you have sought treatment for your addiction and I know that prayer can help. However, Al-Anon should be mentioned as a way for the families/friends of addicts to cope. Most people who have dealt with an alcoholic or drug addict know the lies and manipulations they will pull in order to continue their abuse. There comes a time when the sober person must walk away in order to save themselves. I dated my alcoholic off/on for 2 years which was actually about 2 years too long. I stuck with him because I "thought" he wanted to get sober and many alcoholics are nice people when they are not drunk. After a while though, their addiction kills what love is left in a relationship. It ruins everything in their life. So, continue to tell your story & help others in similar situations. Only someone who has been there can likely reach the heart of an active alcoholic or drug user.

the type of life those people are mixed up in is a sad and hard life to live nothing is what it seems and almost impossible to know when someone is telling the truth the road ahead of those poor people is going to be very hard and almost impossible to come back from the need the love and support of there firends and family more then ever rite now the best thing ne one can do to help is to try to be very understanding to the reasons why the addiction started and that no matter how bad it gets that maintaining there soberity is the most important thing for them to focus on harsh words and being spoken down to airent going to help this is the hardest thing they will ever have to go through as one myself there is hope and it gets better and soberity is worth having finding joy in the simple things is a hard challenge but a very rewarding in the end all my prayers RG

stupid people do stupid things... bottom line.. these people knew exactly what they were doing... there only regret was that they got caught... quit the sobbing over the fact that they are in trouble.
