He has his protection group. I hope his time as a Judge is investigated. He did take an oath that that he has destroyed.

I Agree with White house the man did take a oath. The question is why is he not going by that oath?

I would hope that there are not many whom have had a bad day in court with this Judge.
As time goes on there are a few almost too many who have had there rights taken away be this man.
He took an oath to have a blind eye and to weigh all things before him --not to pick or choose which ever he feels like.
So as I see it may be time for him to leave the bench and go to a place like China
Sh-t I couldn't wish that upon them they are good hard working honest people.

If you don't like the outcomes in the courtroom, one would think you'd not do things to put yourself in a position of having to be there.

you dont have to do anything wrong to be in the courtroom DRAGONLADY. ive been in there with a frind on a case that had to be dismissed, and not recommended by johnson either. if it was up to him my friend would have been charged falsely. but there was noway he was getting away with doing what HE WANTED..

I have no idea what this particular gripe is all about. I do stand on my opinion that there are too many people who either live up here or visit this area with the idea anything goes, there should be no law. The idiots get busted, go to court and whine that consequences aren't fair. If this judge was ethically or criminally wrong, you can file a complaint against him. It's easy enough to find out how to do these things on the internet. If you do not take your complaints to the right people, you have no chance of seeing anything change until the next election a long way down the road.

It would be fine if the said paper work went to where it was suppose to go. Not held up, lost, misplace, or? It would seam that this has happened a lot

You'd think the lawyers would be all over it if paperwork was missing. And if nobody makes a formal complaint, then nothing can be done to change current practices.
