Ben Bolser is a crimmal

I also have known Ben for many years and while we all have faults I believe that Ben is no criminal. I have seen my share of legal weasels and thankfully Ben is not one of them. I have had differnces with his inturpatation of leagal matters he is an honorable person and I would not hesitate to hire him for certain legal aid.

I would agree we all have are faults and there are many ways to interpret the laws/rules of the land. I am happy for you that he has done well for you with your legal matters

The U.S. Constitution provides, in the First Amendment, freedom of speach. This allows us to speak freely about our government and those who govern us without fear of recrimination. It does not, however, permit us to say whatever we want about regular people. If someone is liabled he has the right to his day in court by bringing charges against those who lied. Liable is not a guaranteed freedom by any known constitution.

You are so right each us has the right to a fair and unbiased day in court.
Both sides may be right or wrong this is were a court HAS TO KEEP A BLIND EYE UNTILL ALL THE FACTS HAVE BEEN SEEN OR HEARD
Look to the scales of justice or reread the commitments of the bar
I myself can see though the years that there are many of this areas folks that has been well served. Yet there are a few that have not why? This is the question that many have asked. I may also add this area has for 60 plus years had its own way of dealing out justice.
