Cafe St Denis

Does anyone have any thoughts on the restaurant in the Ramada. And on the new bar that's being opened up? Heard it was gonna be a more grown up place to hang out.

I have eaten there 2 times in the past couple of weeks and have been impressed.Food is getting like it used to be.There is also a nice looking waitress there.Anyone know who Im talkin bout?I haven't seen any good looking girls working in there since sam sold the place and all the old staff left.

Isn't the owner of Strait Country opening that bar? If so, I'm not sure how more grown up it's going to be.

Well as my name says this is just "my point of view" but I went there couple of days ago and the food was horrible. It was a group of about 5 and none of left saying "wow that was some good food."
Now maybe it just wasnt the day for us, maybe the food has gotten better but I dont think so. Then again if i go back the food might be wonderful.
But as of the meal ive had the last couple of times it has been bad.

Well just to put in my two cents ... the food is GREAT!!! I used to go eat there all the time and the food just kinda went down hill. But now there is an obvious difference in the food. I give all props to the new owners they have totally put a lot of time into making sure the quality of food is better. The seafood buffet on Fridays is out of this world!

I went to the Ramada yesterday with some of my buddies from work. It was my first time, and the food was fantastic! I ate so much I was ill. My friends said that the past couple of times that they had eaten there the food was really bad, but yesterday's experience was outstanding. I have also heard they have new management and they are ordering the top end supplies now. I would definitely recommend the Gumbo (even seconds or thirds)!

I have been going to cafe st denis for the last couple of days and the food is F**kin' awesome!!! The new owners really care about their costumers.. I hope you all take my word for it and try the food..give it a chance you will want to have seconds..
